This concept was proposed in response to a brief to redesign the space known as Site Square, situated in front of the former National Centre for Popular Music in Sheffield’s Cultural Industries Quarter.

The ‘Creative Crossroads’ concept involved creating a series of intimate ‘rooms’ within the site, with native woodland planting achieving a 10% BNG on-site net gain. It also included bespoke terrazzo pavers made from the site’s waste aggregate, alongside edging detail for the rooms.
